  • Do you offer automatic delivery?

    Yes. We have a computerized degree-day monitoring system, so you never have to worry about running out of heating oil.

  • Is there a minimum gallon oil delivery?

    Minimum oil delivery is 100 gallons.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?

    Yes, Volume discounts are offered on 300-gallon or more deliveries.

  • Do I have to be home when you deliver my oil?

    No. We will ask you for the location of your tank’s fill pipe.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, cash and check.

  • Do you accept heating assistance?

    We participate in the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP). This program is designed to help offset the winter heating costs of Connecticut's lower-income households. The Connecticut Department of Social Services administers CEAP.

  • Does running out of oil damage my heating unit?

    No. It could cause an additional expense associated with dirty filers or air trapped in the oil line. A technician will have to get inside your home to restart your system.

  • Why should I schedule an annual heating tune-up?
    • Keeps your heating system running safely
    • Reduces your energy bills
    • Reduces risk of unexpected system malfunctions
    • Increases the lifespan of your heating equipment
  • When is the best time to schedule a heating tune-up?

    Summertime is the best time to fit your busy schedule. However, tune-ups can be done at any time of the year.
